1. Order Confirmation

By accepting these terms and conditions, and upon confirmation of the customer's order, a written and binding agreement is entered into between the customer and Cordel Cycling. Once an order is completed on cordelcycling.com, the customer will automatically receive a confirmation of the purchase. In case of errors or omissions in the order Cordel Cycling reserves the right to cancel and order up to the point of delivery.

2. Age Restriction

If the customer is under 18, permission must be obtained from a parent or other person of authority.

3. Payment

Cordel Cycling accepts payments via PayPal.
All prices include Spanish Taxes. Prices are without shipping or other services that Cordel Cycling may offer. Cordel Cycling reserves the right to change prices at any time. On cordelcycling.com prices are shown in Euro (EUR).

4. Local Levies

Please note that local import duties vary by country and region. These taxes are to be paid by the customer.

5. Returns

Returns must be notified within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of notification. The product must be returned in original packaging with hang tags and other labelling. A possible worthy degradation will be imposed on the buyer. Shipments do not include return label.

6. Warranty

All products from Cordel Cycling come with a 2 year manufacturing warranty. This guarantee includes faults in the fabric, workmanship and other manufacturing related errors. The warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear. For warranty claims please contact customer service at contact@cordelcycling.com

7. Shipping

Spain / España: 7€ and up. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped (24h business day delivery)

International / Internacional: From 16,50 € and up. A tracking number will be provided for international orders (24h DHL express within the EU, 10-14 day delivery outside the EU)

Cordel Cycling reserves the right to request additional shipping costs from the customer on orders for multiple items.

8. Privacy

Cordel Cycling treats customer information with the utmost respect and integrity. No information will be disclosed to third parties.

9. Cookies

cordelcycling.com collects information about customer behavior on the website with the use of cookies. A cookie is a small text file placed on the client computer's hard drive which track the customer's behavior. Cookies are used to personalize the customer's online experience on cordelcycling.com.
